No Refunds for Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by transit or customs do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once an order has been dispatched.

- 24-Hour Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot accept cancellation requests.
- Production Fee: If a cancellation is approved after production has started, a 30% non-refundable fee will be deducted from your total.
- Post-Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
📦 Returns & Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be in resellable condition.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Customized and final sale items are not eligible for return.
